1.2. International shipping is currently unavailable.

- The weight and dimensions of the package.
- The delivery location.
2.2. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
3. Delivery Timeline
3.1. Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after successful payment.
3.2. Delivery times may vary during holidays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
4.2. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or via the tracking link provided.
5. Failed Delivery
5.1. In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable to receive the package.
- Non-payment of COD orders.
The package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

6.2. For damaged products, provide clear photographs of the packaging and the product to expedite the resolution process.

8. Delivery Restrictions

8.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) service may not be available in certain pin codes.
