2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- If you cancel the order before dispatch.
- If the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

- Refunds will be initiated within 14 days after the return is approved or the cancellation is confirmed.
- The refunded amount will be credited using the original payment method or any alternative as agreed upon.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by you.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

- If the product is used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
4. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.
- For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount or charged to the customer.
