2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • If you cancel the order before dispatch.
  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

2.2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 14 days after the return is approved or the cancellation is confirmed.
  • The refunded amount will be credited using the original payment method or any alternative as agreed upon.

2.3. Mode of Refund

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit card, wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by you.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • If the return is initiated after the return window (usually 7 days from delivery).
  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount or charged to the customer.
